SUMMARY
Under general direction, provide curated data stories and visualization products leveraging a wide base of internal and external market labor data & intelligence platforms. This includes creation of messaging, collateral, market data research & analysis, thought leadership, publication creation, client presentations, reporting, and training for both internal and external stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead efforts to create strategic and consultative guidance for leadership audiences to establish Kforce as an industry expert using market data analysis and metrics across all content channels (publications, social media, website, proposals, corporate communications, client presentations, etc.).
Deliver analytic insights in several business domains including consumer, customer, digital, and market.
Build and maintain a network of market data sources: Lightcast, Staffing Industry Analysts, BLS, COLI, etc.
Innovate and utilize internal firm data alongside external market data through third‑party tools.
Create and publish stories and visualizations to help stakeholders understand complex topics.
Tailor data messaging for different audiences based on desired outcomes and strategic goals.
Research industry, economic, and topical trends that impact the business.
Innovate curated workforce salary data, supply & demand data, geographic data, and diversity analytics for internal and external audiences.
Collaborate to optimize proactive data & insights through channels such as intranet, training events, eNews, etc., with timely and relevant content.
Optimize sales and recruiting training strategies and lead educational sessions using market data, internal data, market research, and business trends analysis.
Act as the key point of contact for inbound data requests from sales, recruitment, solutions, and back‑office teams.
Drive the evolution of regular (weekly/monthly/quarterly) reporting and insights for leadership, sales, and recruiting stakeholders.
Develop project plans that include strategy, action plans, timelines, reporting, and success metrics.
Serve as a strategic partner to other departments that rely on data analytics to realize synergies, best practices, and industry trends.
Effectively communicate analytical findings to influence decision‑making throughout the organization.
Drive customer‑facing reporting, data visualizations, and analytics.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, IT, Sales, Finance).

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a combination of applicable education and 4+ years of related work experience.
Proficiency with MS Office platforms (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Working knowledge of search engines, web analytics, business research tools, and CRM.
Working knowledge of data warehousing and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
