Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA)
and help transform lives. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Clinical Supervisor and our team to conduct assessments, create personalized treatment plans, and provide training for staff who support the individuals we serve.

Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans for individuals served.
Provide training and support for staff to implement behavior analytic strategies effectively.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
Licensed by the Minnesota Board of Psychology (or ability to obtain)
Minimum of one year of experience with special populations in crisis intervention, staff training, and development
Valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance
Key Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, collaborative approach, deep knowledge of ABA principles, and a compassionate, professional mindset
Compensation and Benefits
In-person: $86,000–$90,000 + $2,500 sign-on bonus + monthly service delivery incentive package
Hybrid/Remote: $81,000–$85,000 + $2,500 sign-on bonus + monthly service delivery incentive package
