You will apply scientific rigor and statistical methods to product creation, development, and improvement, with an appreciation for the user’s behavior.
The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $207,000–$300,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual pay is determined by location and other factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and education.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders across projects and teams to identify and clarify business or product questions.
Translate and refine business questions into tractable analysis, evaluation metrics, or mathematical models.
Use custom data infrastructure or existing data models, applying specialized knowledge to design and evaluate models that mathematically express and solve defined problems.
Gather information on business goals, priorities, and organizational context related to the questions to be answered.
Own the process of gathering, extracting, and compiling data across sources using relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python), independently formatting, re‑structuring, and validating data to ensure quality.
