Immigration Attorney (Bilingual: Spanish/English)

What You’ll Do
Handle
family-based immigration cases
(I-130, adjustment of status, consular processing, waivers, etc.)
Prepare and file
U Visas and other humanitarian applications
Manage
removal/deportation defense cases , including court appearances
Prepare clients for USCIS interviews and immigration court
Draft motions, legal arguments, and supporting documentation
Communicate directly with clients in
Spanish and English
Keep cases moving… no delays, no dropped balls
Identify problems early and solve them before they impact the client
This is not a training role. You should be ready to step in and perform.

Fluent in Spanish and English… non-negotiable
Licensed attorney (Alabama preferred)
Experience handling
immigration cases independently
Comfortable managing
family-based, U visa, and removal defense cases
Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with clients
Organized, accountable, and able to manage a full caseload without hand-holding
Someone who takes pride in representing this community at a high level
