Project Manager
to support and oversee multiple active projects.
Position Overview
The Office Project Manager will play a critical role in coordinating construction projects from an administrative and operational standpoint. This position works closely with on-site project managers to ensure materials are ordered, timelines are met, and communication flows smoothly across all teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage office-side project operations across multiple construction projects
Schedule and communicate regularly with on-site project managers
Ensure all project materials are ordered accurately and delivered on time
Track project timelines and follow up to ensure deadlines are met
Lead and support on-site project managers to complete work efficiently and to specifications
Oversee administrative project documentation and internal processes
Identify opportunities to improve office procedures and day-to-day operations
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office management and/or project management
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating teams or projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with office software, including email platforms, spreadsheets, and databases
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to manage many small details with accuracy and follow-through
Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to grow with the company
