Job Responsibilities:
provide personalized career planning solutions for college students, high school students, and new professionals.
use MentorX's big data system to provide precise career solutions for clients.
accurately and timely track changes in the U.S. job market.
meet quarterly and annual performance goals.
ensure customer and partner satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
based in Los Angeles, Irvine, On-site.
0-2 years of marketing or sales experience (B2B or B2C).
passionate about education and teaching, particularly in the field of career planning.
good communication skills to provide precise and satisfactory solutions for clients.
strong ability to learn quickly and conduct industry research.
enjoy networking and team collaboration.
able to hande pressure and focus on results.
priority given to vilingual candiates with undergraduate degrees from the top 80 universities in the U.S. (major not limited).
Able to communicate and write in Chinese/ Mandarian.
