Senior Tax Accountant

A growing, relationship-driven accounting and advisory firm is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its collaborative team. This role offers a unique blend of tax, client accounting, and advisory work, providing exposure to a diverse client base including small to mid-sized businesses, real estate ventures, nonprofits, and professional service firms.

What You’ll Do
Prepare individual and business tax returns
Support tax planning and advisory engagements
Manage month-end close, including reconciliations and financial reporting
Partner directly with clients to provide ongoing accounting support
Assist with cash flow, budgeting, and financial analysis
Act as a financial point of contact for clients, providing insights and recommendations
Help improve internal workflows and client-facing processes
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4+ years of accounting experience (ideally within public accounting)
Experience with individual and/or business tax returns
Strong understanding of month-end close and financial reporting
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or similar systems
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and comfortable working directly with clients
