Our ideal candidate is confident recommending preventive services (fluoride, irrigation, laser), collaborates well with the front desk and doctor, and takes pride in educating patients to improve their oral health.

Responsibilities:
* Provide gentle, high-quality dental cleanings and screenings
* Recommend and perform services like fluoride, laser, and irrigation when appropriate
* Educate patients on oral health and hygiene
* Take clear clinical notes and communicate with front desk
* Support a smooth workflow between doctor, front office, and patients
* Build strong patient relationships and encourage long-term care
Qualifications:
* Current California RDH license
* 2+ years of experience preferred
* Confident with patient communication and preventive upselling
* Team-oriented and proactive
* Familiar with HIPAA and safety protocols
