Position Overview
We are looking for a strategic, empathetic, and results-oriented Personal Injury Claims Negotiator with at least 3 years of litigation experience to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how litigation shapes leverage—and knows how to use that insight to advocate powerfully for clients in pre-litigation negotiations. You'll be a key player in maximizing case outcomes while delivering an exceptional client experience rooted in trust and communication.
What You'll Do
* Own and manage a caseload of personal injury claims from demand through resolution
* Craft compelling demand packages that tell each client's story with clarity and impact
* Negotiate assertively and strategically with insurance companies and defense counsel
* Evaluate liability and damages through a litigation-informed lens
* Partner closely with attorneys to align negotiation strategy with potential litigation pathways
* Analyze medical records, billing, wage loss, and long-term impacts to fully value claims
* Guide and support clients through the negotiation process with transparency and empathy
* Maintain proactive, consistent communication to ensure clients feel informed and empowered
* Identify when cases should escalate toward litigation and support smooth transitions
* Stay organized and accountable in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Who You Are
* You bring at least 3 years of litigation experience in personal injury (plaintiff-side strongly preferred)
* You think like a litigator but act with the efficiency and strategy of a negotiator
* You are confident in negotiating and not afraid to push for what's fair
* You combine analytical thinking with emotional intelligence when working with clients
* You communicate clearly, professionally, and with purpose
* You thrive in a collaborative environment and take ownership of your work
* You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
