Responsibilities
* Provide direct patient care tailored to individual needs
* Administer medications accurately and safely
* Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly
* Perform wound care and assess healing progress
* Document patient interactions and care activities thoroughly
* Develop and contribute to patient care plans
* Offer health education to patients and families
* Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
Required Qualifications
* Entry-level experience in practical nursing
* Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) diploma or equivalent
* Active LPN license in Massachusetts
* Valid Massachusetts Driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in patient assessment and infection control
* Knowledge of medication management and Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Demonstrated empathy in patient care
