Position Overview The MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing high-quality magnetic resonance imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and confident working in both hospital and outpatient clinical settings. Key Responsibilities Perform MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols Ensure patient safety and screening for contraindications prior to imaging Operate MRI equipment, including Philips 1.5T and/or 3T systems Produce high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation Monitor patient condition during procedures and respond to emergencies as needed Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff Uphold infection control and safety standards at all times Education Requirements Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent degree Licensure and Certification Requirements ARRT (MR) certification or AMRIT certification Current American Heart Association BLS certification Experience Requirements Minimum of two years of experience as an MRI Technologist in a hospital or outpatient clinical setting Preferred Qualifications Experience with Philips 1.5T or 3T MRI systems Strong proficiency in Neuro, Body, and Musculoskeletal imaging Compensation and Benefits Weekly compensation up to $3,180 based on experience 13-week contract assignment Opportunity to gain experience with a respected healthcare facility Support from a dedicated staffing team throughout your assignment Why Rancho Mirage, CA?
