Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Vascular Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 05/25/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Type of patients on the unit: Inpatient, Outpatient and ER REQUIRED: • Graduate of an accredited Medical Sonography or Radiology Technology Program required. • 1-2 years of experience in vascular ultrasound preferred. • Registered Vascular Specialist (RSV) or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) from ARDMS, CCI, or ARRT is required. • BLS certification from AHA is required. Performs advanced cardiac and vascular circulation diagnostic exams using echo, ultrasound, and/or Doppler equipment. Responsibilities: • Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders. • Performs ultrasound examinations of the cerebral, peripheral, and abdominal vessels to assist the physician in the diagnosis of disorders affecting the circulation. • May perform therapeutic procedures such as pseudoaneurysm compression.
