JOB TYPE: Full-time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer and route incoming calls professionally.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
Verify patient information and document interactions.
Provide basic service and office information.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a medical office, call center, or customer service role.
Preferred: Tebra (Kareo) EHR experience and medical terminology familiarity.
Effective communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Reliable Internet connection, computer, and quiet home workspace.

COMPENSATION: $15/hour with performance-based commissions. Bi-weekly pay.
