Have the opportunity to be involved in the next big thing, whilst making a meaningful difference to patients and wider society.**What you’ll do**As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for Lung and Gastrointestinal cancer treatments. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, maximize market opportunities, and ensure alignment with corporate goals. Assists in review of marketing programs and helps implement changes. Assists in analysis of market data to identify key segment drivers.*This position could be hired for either Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager depend on the successful candidate qualification.***Key Responsibilities:*** Strategic Planning: + Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for Lung & GI cancer products. + Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.* Brand Management: + Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels. + Manage the product life cycle from new product launches to sunset strategies.* Cross-Functional Collaboration: + Partner with sales, medical, regulatory, and compliance teams to ensure successful delivery of marketing initiatives. + Coordinate with the global marketing team to align regional strategies with global direction.* Customer Engagement: + Develop relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. + Plan and execute educational programs, seminars, and conferences.* Financial Management: + Develop and manage the marketing budget for Lung & GI cancer products. + Monitor financial metrics to ensure cost-effective strategy implementation.* Performance Analysis: + Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns. + Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and sales data.**Essential for the role*** Apothecary Degree or Bachelors Degree in Science.* Minimum 3 years’ experience of marketing experience in the Pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry, with a focus on oncology with good track record of effective implementation of plan and campaign* Deep understanding of the oncology market, specifically Lung and GI cancer* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.* Clear evidence of innovation leading to success* Strong focus on effective decision making and results* Able to work cross-functionally especially with sales team to develop specific plan to address different challenges at customer level* Strong interpersonal and communication skills* Team player, organized, results oriented and independent* Broad understanding of the commercial, operational and strategic aspects of the pharmaceutical businessHere you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to patients’ lives.
