You will drive employee engagement, translate global strategy into local impact, and lead communications, reputation, and community engagement in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.**What You'll Do*** Act as the primary communications partner to the Holly Springs Site Leadership Team* Develop and deliver an integrated site communications strategy aligned with global CSL Seqirus frameworks* Lead employee engagement initiatives, including town halls, leadership forums, and site visits* Strengthen site reputation through local media relations, community engagement, and external partnerships* Lead site‐level issues and crisis communications in coordination with global teams* Ensure high‐quality, compliant content across internal and external channels* Use insights and metrics to continuously improve communication effectiveness**About You**You are a confident, credible advisor who thrives in complex, fast‐paced, and regulated environments.You'll bring:* A bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field (postgraduate qualification desirable)* 7+ years' experience across internal and external communications, ideally in manufacturing, pharma, biotech, or similarly regulated industries* Proven experience advising senior leaders in matrixed organizations* Strong capability in change, issues, and crisis communications* Exceptional writing, editorial judgment, and stakeholder‐management skills* Make a real impact on global health and pandemic preparedness* Partner with senior leaders at a critical manufacturing site* Join a purpose‐driven organization during a significant phase of transformation* Be part of a global, high‐performing communications community**Minimum Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or closely related field; MBA or Master in Communications a plus* 8+ years' communications experience including communications program/people management, in product or corporate communications/ public relations* Experience leading communications for manufacturing, R&D, or operational sites in US* Experience managing communications/teams within a global environment* Pharma/Biotech or similarly regulated environment experience desirable* Exceptional writing and editing skills* Ability to create end-to-end compelling content* Demonstrated ability to be effective in a highly matrixed organization* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments* Creative vision and a passion for storytelling, with a keen eye for detail and quality* Strong stakeholder management* Expertise in change management communications within complex, multinational environments.* Willingness to travel to other company sites within CSL globally.Different qualifications or responsibilities may apply based on local legal and/or educational requirements.
