Associate Marketing Manager– Consumer Brands
Location: Buffalo, NY, US. St. Simons Island, GA, US.

Purpose Statement
As an Associate Marketing Manager in our Consumer Brands Division, you will manage one or more of our brands, contributing to marketing activities including new product development and launch, brand reviews, forecasting, market performance analysis, P&L management, SKU rationalization, project management, and execution of marketing plans. You will interface with, and often lead, cross‑functional teams (Sales, R&D, Finance, Trade Management, Regulatory, Packaging, etc.) on brand initiatives and participate on a cross‑divisional Product Category Team.

This role requires a hybrid work schedule and a residence near our headquarters in Buffalo, NY, or our office in St. Simons, GA.

Marketing Management
Assist marketing leadership in planning and executing marketing plans for category/segment within the Division and the associated budget through:

Understanding brand equity and competitive advantage

Managing brand positioning

Packaging development and project management

Advertising, promotion and public relations – Shopper marketing (consumption, promotion, merchandising development)

Evaluating results of marketing programs and making recommendations

Market Knowledge

Anticipate, identify, and analyze consumer and market trends and opportunities to maximize Rich’s competitive position.

Develop a keen understanding of the Competition, Customers, and Consumers; and a complete understanding of brand and individual SKU performance in the market. Key activities include: data analysis of brand/SKU results and trends, competitive performance and consumption trends; turning data into actionable insights; sales and customer interaction to understand needs; sourcing and sharing competitive intelligence; recommending and working with the Consumer Insights Manager to conduct needed marketing research.

Product Management
Partner with marketing leadership to develop, maintain, and manage the Rich’s portfolio to maximize sales and profit potential:

Renovation of existing products

Launch of new products and line extensions

Forecasting

Pricing review and recommendations

P&L Management
Understand the brand and any assigned product line P&Ls, completing required analyses:

Review of monthly product, customer, and category P&Ls to manage financial return of the category/brand

Analyze financial impact of new products and product improvements

Participate in brand reviews with division leadership

Strategic and Process Acumen
Partner with marketing leadership to develop category and brand strategies and plans:

Assist in development of the strategic plan and annual operating plan for the category

Prepare for and participate in the annual Joint Sales & Marketing planning process

Participate in the development of the annual marketing plan for the brand

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required; Master’s preferred.

Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.

Demonstrated financial skills including basic analysis; budget and P&L management a plus.

Solid communication skills—verbal, written, and strong presentation ability.

Experience in the food industry a plus.

Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and delivery of results.

Ability to lead and facilitate key customer interactions.

Demonstrated success in managing and directing change.

Strong PC proficiency—Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Light travel as needed.

COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role at Rich Products Corporation and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Rich’s”). The actual amount may vary based on non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$84,235.00 – $113,965.00
