Every shift, you'll encounter a varied caseload of 8–12 adult patients, expanding your clinical capabilities and exposing you to best practices across different therapeutic approaches. Schedule:

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Qualifications:

Active NYS Occupational Therapist Registration (NYSOP OTR)

Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) designation

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outpatient hand therapy

Experience treating adult populations

Comfortable managing 8–12 patients per shift

Must wear gray scrubs

Deliver comprehensive hand therapy services to adult patients in an outpatient setting

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes

Develop, implement, and modify individualized care plans

Document progress and outcomes thoroughly and accurately
