Job Description:
This is a senior-level Data Security Architect role within the Cybersecurity organization, responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide data protection strategies. The role combines traditional Microsoft security tools with modern AI-driven data security practices, including securing LLM pipelines and managing sensitive data across its lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead enterprise data protection strategy across all data types
Implement and manage Azure Purview, DLP, and Microsoft Defender solutions
Secure AI/ML data pipelines (RAG, vector databases, encryption techniques)
Develop data lifecycle strategies (archival, migration, de-duplication)
Establish DSPM framework and incident response playbooks
Required Experience:
10+ years in Information Security or Data Architecture
Strong experience with Snowflake, Azure Purview, DLP tools, and Microsoft Defender
Background in data engineering with an oversight/architectural focus
Knowledge of AI/LLM security and responsible AI practices
Certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, or Azure Security
