Compensation: The pay for this position is $21.60 per hour - bi-weekly Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Highlights: Schedule will be one of the following: Option 1: Sun, Wed-Fri, 4am-2pm (will change to 5am to 3pm on 5/28/26) Option 2: Sun-Tue, Fri, 2:30pm-12:30am (will change to 3:30pm-1:30am on 5/28) Option 3: Sun-Wed, 2:30pm-12:30am (will change to 3:30pm-1:30am on 5/28) Option 4: Sun-Thu, 10:00pm-6:00am Opportunity to support a high-volume pharmacy fulfillment environment Responsibilities: Process prescription exceptions, including claim rejects and member/physician outreach Enter member demographics and prescription information into data systems Research and resolve insurance billing issues and escalated member concerns Escalate prescription questions to a pharmacist as needed Assist with inbound and outbound patient and physician calls Prepare and distribute prescription medications using fulfillment systems Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: 2–4 years of Pharmacy Technician experience preferred Must hold current Pharmacy Technician registration and certification (state required) Trainee license accepted (must be valid for at least 1 year) Basic computer skills required Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Ability to complete repetitive tasks Must be able to stand for 8+ hours Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs with cart assistance Must be able to bend, squat, twist, and reach as needed Education: Required: High School Diploma If you are interested in this position, please apply directly to this job posting or email resume and job title to Jenise Nottage jnottage@alinestaffing.com . .
