Quality Insurance Engineer

Austin, TX (Hybrid)

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you design and execute tests that ensure SaaS applications are reliable and scalable. You focus on automation and process improvements to deliver consistent product quality.

What You'll Do:

Design and implement automated and manual test cases.

Develop and maintain QA automation frameworks.

Collaborate with Developers on debugging and defect resolution.

Track and analyze QA metrics for continuous improvement.

Ensure software releases meet performance and security standards.

Contribute to QA documentation and process improvements.

What You'll Bring:

Proficiency in QA automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).

Knowledge of SaaS application testing practices.

3-5+ years of QA Engineer experience

Strong coding or scripting abilities for automation.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
