Responsibilities
Lead and drive the overall performance of a global flagship boutique, elevating sales, client experience, and team effectiveness in a high‑growth luxury environment
Oversee team leadership, client development, and operational excellence, ensuring strong KPI achievement and a best‑in‑class service culture
Build and expand a high‑value client network through proactive outreach, local networking, and VIC engagement
Skills Required
Luxury retail leadership with strong sales performance track record
Exceptional client development and networking capabilities
Proven ability to lead, coach, and elevate team performance
