Surgical Services RN Resident: New Grad Nurse Residency

St. David's HealthCare in Austin, Texas is excited to offer the HCA Nurse Residency Program for recent graduate nurses. This year-long paid program provides essential training and mentorship to help ease the transition from academic to clinical practice. As an RN Resident, you will assess patient conditions, administer medications, and educate patients and families on care plans, while receiving comprehensive support from experienced nurses. A Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse status is required, with no prior experience necessary.
