About the Role
Charlie Health is hiring licensed and pre‑licensed mental health clinicians to provide remote telehealth services to adolescents and young adults. Positions are available as part‑time or full‑time W‑2.

Responsibilities

Provide telehealth counseling services to adolescents and young adults.

Conduct individual and group therapy using appropriate modalities such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, and MI.

Participate in case discussions and collaborate with colleagues to enhance treatment plans.

Maintain accurate client documentation in the EMR.

Schedule Requirements

Part‑time: minimum 12 hours per week; flexible scheduling.

Full‑time: 40 hours per week; evening and Saturday availability required.

About You

Well versed in multiple modalities and confident integrating them.

Experienced working with teens and young adults.

Skilled in group services and engaging on video.

Available evenings to meet client needs.

Committed to self‑care and addressing the rural mental health crisis.

Qualifications

Licensed or pre‑licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome).

Master’s degree in mental health or related field.

Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred.

Availability between 12‑40 hours per week depending on part‑time or full‑time status.

Familiar with cloud‑based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.

Licenses Accepted

LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT, LCSW‑C, LCPC, LCMFT.

Compensation

Full‑time salary: $80,000–$90,000.

Part‑time rate: $54–$66 per hour.
