HRI Hospital is seeking a Full‑Time Mental Health Clinician for the Triangle Partial Hospitalization Program PHP. The program serves the LGBTQIA+ community and works Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week.
HRI Hospital is a 66‑bed psychiatric facility located in Brookline, Massachusetts. The hospital offers six distinct partial hospitalization programs, including the General Adult Psychiatric Program, the Triangle Program, Women’s Program, Ascend Program, Stride Program, and Dual Diagnosis Program. Participants attend daily group therapy, receive individualized counseling from a clinician, and have medication management by a prescriber.

Responsibilities
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and complete diagnostic assessments
Lead therapy groups and provide milieu management
Document clients’ treatment plans and daily progress
Provide crisis intervention and clinical support to interns
Update daily census with client attendance and monitor show rates / referral sources for marketing purposes
Qualifications
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
1 year post‑Master’s degree experience preferred; prior PHP/IOP, outpatient counseling, inpatient care coordination, or substance use treatment preferred
Licensure: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or LADC preferred; other related licenses acceptable
Passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community preferred
