Eligibility & Qualifications
As a minimum, applicants should have an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior LPN experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Ensure residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan.
Conduct resident assessments.
Act as a team leader and advocate for your residents.
Maintain accurate documentation and communication to support high-quality care.
