Orthopedics: Patient Services Specialist I

UTMB Health is seeking a Patient Services Specialist I to ensure a positive patient experience. The role involves managing patient registrations, scheduling appointments, and providing high-quality customer service. Qualifying candidates will have an Associate's degree and must achieve a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hiring. Skills in PC usage and communication are essential. The position is full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
