Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $18.50 - $23 per hour (based on experience). Candidates with a valid CNA registration with the state of MN will start at $20/hr.
Potential Weekly Shift: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays: 8a-12
oon. Opportunity to pick extra hours.
Location: Rosemount, Farmington, Lakeville Areas

What You'll Do
Provide personalized care and assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, meal prep, etc.).
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Assist with mobility and medication reminders.
Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
Document client progress and report any changes.

We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED.
Experience or training in personal care (CNA Certification a Plus).
Reliable, compassionate, and professional individuals.
Excellent communication skills.
Valid driver's license and Reliable Transportation.
Ability to work the required schedule in North Oaks.
Punctuality is key.
We will conduct reference checks on all final candidates.
