Responsibilities
Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients and clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities in a home setting in accordance with a physician directed plan of treatment, taking into account individual patient special or age‑related needs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree: From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program OR Master's Degree: From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program OR Ph.D.: From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License
Benefits & Compensation
$5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
Pay Range: $43.64 – $67.74 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
