Summary:
The BHT operates as an active and crucial part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling to patients. The BHT works under the direction of the Milieu Manager, RN Charge Nurse, and Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities
Provide continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling to patients as a Behavioral Health Technician during overnight shifts (7:00 pm – 7:30 am) at Calvary Healing Center.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be 21 years of age
Preferred one year of experience in a psychiatric or behavioral health inpatient setting
Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
Valid Driver's License and passing a 39‑month driving report
Completion of BLS & First Aid Certification within 30 days of hire
Completion of Verbal De‑Escalation Training within 30 days of hire
