We feature individual units for adolescents and adults and offer inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. Job Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to adults and adolescents with a wide range of disorders, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

Monitor patients closely and conduct observation rounds, prioritizing patient safety as the top concern.

Participate in treatment planning by identifying patients’ problems, needs, and strengths.

Assist in the admission process, including vital sign assessment, safety searches, specimen collection, and patient orientation.

Plan, prepare, and conduct group therapy programs for patients.

Participate in hospital codes as necessary for unit safety, partnering with the Charge Nurse to ensure successful shift operations and maintaining an engaging, therapeutic environment for high patient satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Psychology or related field highly recommended

One year of direct work experience in a behavioral health environment including leading groups, de-escalating behaviors, and managing multiple clinical diagnoses

Experience in an inpatient setting
