Location
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Minneapolis. Candidates must be able to work in the office. Relocation assistance is not provided, so any relocation must be completed before starting.
Note
Must be licensed and in good standing with the Minnesota State Bar and have at least 2+ years of personal injury experience as an attorney.

Job Description
Lead the Minnesota office and oversee day-to-day operations
Handle personal injury matters and help drive strong outcomes for injured clients
Manage cases, clients, and workflow with urgency and accountability
Help hire, lead, and develop staff with support from firm leadership and HR
Work closely with ownership on business development and office growth
Ensure a high level of client service and strong case handling standards
Identify operational improvements and opportunities to expand the practice
Build a strong local presence in the Minnesota market
Qualifications
Active Minnesota Bar license in good standing required
2+ years of personal injury attorney experience required
Strong plaintiff-side advocacy and client communication skills
Leadership and management ability
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable with legal software
Motivated, ambitious, and interested in long-term growth
Book of business or ability to help generate cases is a plus
Minnesota roots are a plus
