Establish mechanisms for tracking plan accuracy and identifying gaps between planned and actual execution, implementing improvements to planning processes.
Provide reporting mechanisms that give stakeholders clear visibility into portfolio health, proactively identify constraints that could impact delivery, and propose solutions to address gaps or optimize performance across the project portfolio.
A day in the life
Work across teams to align cabling plans along the network deployment lifecycle.
Monitor project status across the portfolio, identify projects at risk of missing target dates, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve blockers or adjust plans.
Engage in regular touchpoints with deployment and operations leadership to review project portfolios and align on needs to support successful delivery.
Coordinate with planning teams to understand demand forecasts, with vendor management to review resourcing alignment, and with sourcing to drive material availability.
Address the challenge of maintaining portfolio visibility across multiple clusters and regions while ensuring individual project plans meet near‑term capacity needs.
