A well‑established and growing plaintiff‑side firm in Chicago is seeking an attorney to take ownership of a strong pipeline of personal injury cases. You’ll have the support, resources, and structure needed to drive results while maintaining a sustainable workload.
What You’ll Do:
Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through resolution
Handle litigation strategy, discovery, depositions, and negotiations
Work closely with clients to guide them through the legal process
Collaborate with a team that values preparation, results, and efficiency
What You Bring:
Experience in plaintiff personal injury (litigation experience preferred)
Strong case management and negotiation skills
Ability to independently handle files while leveraging team support
Licensed in Illinois
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 – $200,000 base annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
