is looking for a dedicated, high-energy attorney to join our thriving practice. Unlike traditional firms where you spend much of your time hunting for leads, we provide you with a
steady, consistent, supply customers each month.
Your focus stays where it belongs: on providing expert legal counsel and delivering a "white-glove" experience to our clients. This is an in-office, in-person role. Locations: Northeast Phoenix Metro Area and Southeast Phoenix Metro Area.
What You’ll Do
You will be the primary legal architect for our clients, supported by a world-class team of paralegals and administrative staff.
Consult & Counsel:
Conduct comprehensive interviews and intake sessions to understand client needs and family dynamics.
Strategy & Design:
Create sophisticated, tailored estate plans (Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, etc.).
Collaborate:
Work hand-in-hand with our skilled Paralegals to oversee the drafting and execution of all legal documents.
Client Experience:
Ensure every customer feels the "white-glove" treatment that defines our brand.

Requirements
JD degree
from an accredited law school.
Active License
to practice law in Arizona (in good standing).
Proven experience in
Estate Planning
(drafting trusts, wills, and probate knowledge).
Strong interpersonal skills—you should enjoy talking to people!
A collaborative mindset and a desire to work in a cohesive, team-centered environment.
An ability to adapt to new and changing technology.
