Requirements
We have an exciting and unique opportunity for an Associate with at least 2‑4 years of experience in first‑party and/or third‑party property insurance litigation and coverage disputes. The successful candidate will demonstrate tenacity, critical thinking, passion, and a desire to learn, and must have stellar oral and written communication skills. Responsibilities include examination of claims, preparation of coverage opinion letters, pleadings, discovery, hearing attendance, and depositions. California bar membership is required.
Salary
Starting at $170,000 to $180,000 annually.
