
Floating Legal Administrative Assistant - Corporate

UB Greensfelder has an opening for a full-time Floating Legal Administrative Assistant in the St. Louis office. This position will assist with the delivery of legal services and projects in a variety of transactional areas (general Corporate, M&A, Healthcare and Real Estate) while working closely with attorneys and other Legal Administrative Assistants.
Responsibilities
Administrative tasks and strategically manage attorney workflow.
Calendar management, travel arrangements, time entry, transcription.
Drafting, editing and proofing various legal documents and correspondence.
Overall assistance with transactional legal processes and procedures.
Qualifications
1+ years legal/law firm experience as an administrative assistant preferred but not required.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe required.
Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of attention to detail with effective communication skills.
Recent paralegal certificate graduates with at least one year of legal administrative assistant experience will also be considered.
