
Escrow Assistant (Independence Title - Cedar Park Office)

Independence Title in Austin, Texas (Cedar Park Office), is a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions. We are seeking an Escrow Assistant.
Responsibilities
Coordinating the collection of information and successfully communicating with customers by phone, email, or in person, as directed by the primary Escrow Officer.
Handling frontend processing.
Training to prepare preliminary Closing Disclosures.
Reading contracts, commitments and orders, in preparation for the closing, as well as assembling the necessary documents to prepare the file.

Friendly, outgoing, well organized with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to find solutions to help customers have a truly remarkable experience closing their real estate transactions.

Qualifications
A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
A minimum of 2 years of Escrow experience is required.
Experience with RamQuest system is preferred, but not required.
Great communication and customer-oriented skills are required.
Able to work proficiently in a fast paced environment.
Microsoft Suite proficient.
This is not a work-from-home position.
