Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing services to residents in our assisted living and skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and services
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous learning and professional growth
Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care and services
Requirements
Current RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
Experience as a Registered Nurse
