Role Overview
As a Mid‑Level Automotive Technician, you will gain hands‑on experience diagnosing technical issues and delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities
Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and problem‑solving including brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
Demonstrate excellent guest service, provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles, guide and mentor junior technicians.
Document all work performed on the repair order and report safety issues immediately.
Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
Valid driver's license and at least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
ASE Certification.
Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
Electrical, air conditioning, and primary or advanced fuel ignition experience.
Shift Information
Depending on location, stores may be open 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays.
Benefits
