
Clinical Supervisor (RN) - Med/Surg/Tele - Full Time Day Shift

Responsibilities
$3,000 SIGN ON BONUS.
Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, California is a 120‑bed acute‑care hospital with the region's only Pediatric Emergency Services team (for children 14 and under) provided by board certified Rady Children's emergency medicine physicians. Rancho Springs Hospital also provides the area's only OB/ED program, which gives expectant mothers 24/7 on‑site access to OB/GYN physician coverage. The Childbirth Center at Rancho Springs Hospital is the largest in the region and features spacious family‑friendly private suites. Rancho's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is operated by Rady Children's.
Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor
Reporting to the Director/Manager, Clinical Supervisors are responsible for providing excellence in patient care, collaborative and comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs, and for providing assessments, treatment, and care on assigned unit(s). Clinical Supervisors will also practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal, and hospital policies as well as consistently demonstrate behaviors that model the Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital's core values and the hospitals mission statement. Clinical Supervisors will act as a resource and leader in the assigned unit(s). They will demonstrate critical thinking in the management of patient care and patient flow, possess the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Qualifications
Two (2) years of recent department specific experience required.
Charge nurse, supervisory experience in department specific preferred.
Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
BSN preferred.
Required Licensure / Certifications
Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
BLS (AHA) certification.
ACLS (AHA) certification.
PALS (AHA) where pediatric patients are cared for.
Employees may be required to float to the other facility within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital based on operational needs, with appropriate orientation and competency validation provided.
