In this Registered Nurse (RN) role, you’ll administer IV and injection therapies, provide patient education, and support overall wellness through guidance on nutrition, exercise, and preventive health measures.
Schedule: This is a full‑time position. You will select to work either 4 or 5 shifts per week (8 hours per shift), with 3 weekend shifts required per month. You will submit 4 days of unavailability per month.
Pay: $60.00 base hourly rate + competitive tips (up to $15 per hour).
Monthly Pay Guarantee Program: For your first six months, if your tips don’t average at least $10 per hour, we’ll make up the difference to ensure you’re always earning more.

Clinic Hours: Team members must be available for scheduling during both morning/afternoon and afternoon/evening shifts within the hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate, detailed reports and health records.
Promote membership programs, packages, and treatment plans to patients.
Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients’ responses and conditions.
Work with the District Nurse Manager to maintain nursing supplies inventory by checking stock, determining inventory levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders, verifying receipt, and using equipment and supplies as needed.
Keep the clinic in compliance with Hydration Room inspections before and after each shift.
Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for customers.
Oversee Wellness Coordinator staff at clinics.
Maintain documentation of patient care services.
Train new staff.
Deliver Five Star Customer Service to ensure our patients have a positive experience in the clinic.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned by management staff.
Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company’s Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational Guidelines.
Requirements & Skills
Current BLS certification required.
BSN or diploma in nursing.
Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present.
Minimum of two years of related clinical experience in an emergency room, preoperative, or IV infusion clinic setting.
Minimum of 10 IV insertions performed per shift in a fast‑paced clinical setting.
Proficient in‑patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and problem‑solving skills.
Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care.
