Help expand rural mental health care in Montana's Hi-Line region by joining a growing Behavioral Health team. We are seeking licensed therapists (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) or recent graduates seeking supervised hours, to provide compassionate, community-focused care in clinics located in Shelby, Conrad, or Chester.
Deliver brief interventions and traditional therapy in a hybrid clinic model, collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Participate in community committees, advocate for mental health awareness, and support integrated behavioral health services.
Build trust and lasting relationships within rural communities, supporting both adult and pediatric populations.
Work four 10‑hour shifts weekly, with competitive pay, benefits, and a work-life balance.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, current Montana licensure, and preferred experience in clinical assessment and crisis intervention.
