Newly hired variable‑hour and part‑time employees are measured for eligibility into our ACA benefits plans over their first 12 months of employment. Employees who work at least 130 hours per month during this period will be invited to enroll in our ACA benefits plans, offering a range of medical, dental and vision options.

Benefit eligibility can vary and is dependent upon employment status and location.

Qualifications

Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.

Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.

Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component). Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire if necessary.

TB skin test current within the last 12 months.

Six months of prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.

Must have reliable transportation.
