
Adjunct Faculty - Nursing (MSN required)

Overview
Herzing University has an immediate opportunity at our Tampa campus for Adjunct Faculty to teach in the undergraduate nursing programs. This position includes a mix of didactic and clinical instruction. We are looking for applicants with flexible availability between day, afternoon, and evening classes. The primary responsibility of Adjunct Faculty is to create a learning environment that is engaging, inspiring, and supports students in achieving their highest academic potential.
Requirements
Master of Science in Nursing
Active and unencumbered Florida RN license
At least one year of medical-surgical, obstetrics, mental health teaching or clinical experience
Adjunct Faculty are eligible to participate in the Herzing 401(k) plan with company match and our education assistance programs including eligibility for full tuition coverage when enrolling in our DNE program after 90 days of employment (subject to program terms and conditions).
Compensation for undergraduate nursing adjunct is $50 per hour (didactic approximately 15 hours, lab approximately 30 hours, clinical approximately 45 hours).
