Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center in Bethesda, Maryland, is actively seeking an experienced physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. This is a treating role open to physical therapists with at least two (2) years of OP ortho experience. Previous management experience is not required. Our Leadership Development Program will ensure success. You will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventive and rehabilitation services that maximize function and promote our patients' well‑being.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions

Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios

Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)

Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community

Participate in industry‑leading continuing education opportunities

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy

Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start

CPR Certification
