Travel Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR RN – Leadership/Manager Level)
We are seeking an experienced Travel OR RN for a 13-week assignment in a surgical services department. This role is ideal for a nurse with strong perioperative experience and leadership skills who can support both clinical operations and team coordination in a fast-paced OR environment.

Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Setting: Surgical Services / Operating Room
Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee daily OR operations and workflow
Support intraoperative nursing care across a variety of surgical specialties
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe, efficient patient care
Supervise and support OR staff including RNs, scrub techs, and support personnel
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and best practices
Assist with performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance
Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to OR staff
Maintain accurate documentation and support patient safety initiatives
Requirements
Active RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
CNOR certification required
Minimum
5+ years of OR experience required
Experience across multiple specialties including ortho, vascular, general, GYN, and urology required
Previous leadership or manager experience required
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
