Responsibilities
Provides and coordinates patient care, educates patients and families, and offers emotional support. RNs assess patients, administer medications, monitor health, and work with healthcare teams. RNs also maintain accurate patient records and perform diagnostic tests.
Relocation Assistance
Relocation team assists with finding housing near the work site, favorable school zones, and safe areas. The first 60–90 days of housing are paid. Rent reimbursement is included for the first two months. Travel to the United States is covered. Sponsorship for RN licensing in the United States and support for a TN visa (or EB‑3 Green Card) immigration process are also provided.
Requirements
Mexican citizenship (required for the TN Visa)
100% flexibility with assignment location
NCLEX or willingness to take NCLEX
English proficiency
Ability to pass background check
Current acute care experience
