Responsibilities
Assess patients’ physical, communication, and cognitive abilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Teach adaptive techniques and strategies for improving daily living skills.
Monitor and review progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in occupational therapy.
Active California OT license (OT‑CA).
Experience in outpatient occupational therapy settings.
Strong communication skills.
SSN and DOB provided for background checks.
Reference (1 work history reference).
BLS certification (copy required).
Preferred Qualifications
Prior travel experience.
Experience with diverse populations and holistic health management.
