Job Overview
Griswold Care Pairing for Pinehurst is looking for compassionate individuals to enroll as Contractor Care Professionals. This role involves providing in‑home care and companionship for seniors and other adults who require support. The position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to help clients maintain independence while living in their own homes.

Compensation
Compensation : Caregivers typically negotiate rates between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
The Contractor Care Professional will provide non‑medical, personal and homemaking care, including but not limited to:

Assisting with personal hygiene, bathing, and feeding

Helping with laundry, grocery shopping, and meal preparation

Providing companionship and support, particularly for clients with dementia or cognitive impairments

Documenting each shift and submitting timely updates

The role may involve day or night shifts, ranging from a minimum of 4 hours to 24‑hour care.

Schedule and Hours
This position offers flexible hours with the possibility of both day and night shifts. Clients may require as little as 4 hours of care or full 24‑hour support.

Requirements

Reliable transportation

Successfully pass a criminal background check

Clear TB test

Past employment verification

License/Certification where required

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Two or more years of home‑care experience is an advantage; caring for a loved one counts as experience.
