Position
We are seeking an experienced
Inpatient Pharmacist
for a 13-week contract at a respected healthcare facility in
Tuba City, AZ . This role offers a unique 7-on/7-off schedule and the opportunity to work within a collaborative clinical environment serving a diverse patient population.
Schedule
7 on / 7 off rotation
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Weekends: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Responsibilities
Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
Ensure safe and effective medication therapy management
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff
Provide clinical guidance and patient care support
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of inpatient pharmacy experience
Active pharmacist license (AZ preferred or eligible)
Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
BLS certification preferred
Additional Details
No on-call required
13-week contract with potential extension
Orientation every 2 weeks
Housing assistance available through facility process
